Our therapeutic provision
At Lift Wishmore, we understand that children with SEND may need additional support to develop their confidence, communication, emotional regulation and relationships with others. Our on-site therapy provision is designed to support each child as an individual and includes Thrive practitioners, Motional, our therapy dog, Rebound Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. These approaches help pupils to recognise and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, develop resilience and feel more secure and ready to learn. By providing this support within the familiar school environment, we can work closely with families and staff to create a consistent, nurturing approach that supports each child’s social and emotional development, wellbeing and independence.
